Thanks to the specially designed lid with a strainer, this innovative Twist-off sprouter for jars enables growing sprouts in a jar inclined at an angle of about 15°. The solution applied allows correct drainage of water and enables optimal air circulation when growing sprouts. The sieve in the lid can be used for draining liquids from other products (e.g.: canned fruit and vegetables) or for separating sediments or fine fractions.

• ​Safe to use - the lenticular shape of the sieve adjusts perfectly to the jar edge. The water does not spill over the lid and you do not need to use an extra gasket on which the unwanted microbes tend to accumulate.
• For both small and large needs - the specially designed sprouter lid can be used with any jar or other container having the outer thread of the twist-off type and with a diameter of 82 mm. Thanks to that, it is you who decides on the cultivation size by choosing a smaller or bigger jar.
• Multipurpose - the sieve can be used not only for proper drainage of water in the sprouter, but also for straining liquids from other products or separating sediments and fine fractions. It also works excellently as a tea brewing unit.

Our innovative twist-off sprouter for jars features a specially designed lid that enables growing sprouts in a jar inclined at an angle of about 15°. Thanks to this solution, water is properly drained, which also contributes to very good air circulation during cultivation. You can also use the sieve for draining liquids from other products (e.g.: canned fruit and vegetables) or for separating sediments or fine fractions. The twist-off thread designed on the lid is compatible with any jar or other container that features an outer thread with a diameter of 82 mm.

Instructions:

1. Pour the sprout seeds into the jar: depending on the plant species, the weight of seeds will differ. For example, a jar full or radish sprouts can be obtained through cultivating about 6-8 g of seeds.
2. Screw the twist-off sprouter onto the jar and then fill the jar full of water and leave the seeds to soak for a whole day.
3. Next day, drain the water – you do not need to unscrew the lid. Thanks to the lenticular shape of the sieve you can easily remove water by draining it into a sink. Afterwards, rinse the seeds in cold water and place the sprouter “upside down” so that all the humidity can flow out. Rinse the seeds once a day, always placing the sprouter on its lid afterwards.
